We are looking for a dedicated Parish Secretary to manage the administrative operations of St. Johns Church in Kuala Lumpur. Responsibilities include managing parish records, coordinating Mass schedules, supporting parish events, and assisting the parish priest with correspondence. The ideal candidate is organised, discreet, and comfortable serving the Catholic community.

Lead and animate our parish youth programmes, including weekly fellowship, retreats, and outreach initiatives. The role involves mentoring young adults aged 18 to 35, planning spiritual formation activities, and collaborating with the Archdiocesan Youth Office. A practising Catholic with a heart for young people is essential.

Handle full-set accounts, donor reporting, and audit preparation for a well-established Catholic social mission organisation serving the urban poor in KL. You will work closely with the director to ensure financial stewardship and compliance. Experience with non-profit accounting is a strong advantage.

Oversee daily operations of a Catholic-owned cafe that supports fair-trade coffee and provides employment opportunities to underprivileged youth. Responsibilities include staff management, inventory, vendor relations, and maintaining the cafes mission-driven culture. Prior F&B management experience required.

Manage digital communications for the Archdiocese of Kuala Lumpur, including website updates, social media, press releases, and newsletter production. The role requires strong writing skills, graphic design basics, and sensitivity to Church messaging.

Teach primary-level catechism classes every Sunday morning. Prepare age-appropriate lessons on the Catholic faith, sacraments, and moral formation. Training and syllabus support will be provided. Open to parents, retirees, or university students with a passion for faith education.
